Initial Programming

When taking the Silva course, during the latter programming exercises, my eyes were irritated and I opened them just oh so slightly a squint, a couple times. Is it possible I messed up the programming, by spiking back up into Beta? Would this affect my ability to do case work, or other excercises associated with that programming?

I practise the silva method every day, but I have a problem in my life I cant seem to put an end to. Its my relationship with my ex. He left me while I was pregnant. I am looking into various methods for improving language learning. I came across the book Silva Mind Control Method, but I found the book doesn't present and organize the info well and a bit hard to understand. For example, if I find a good book containing a lot of good sentence patterns which I want to learn and incoporate into my daily use, could you tell me how to use three finger techniques to read this book and recall the content easily later?

I had a very bad traffic accident the other day and I am grateful to be alive and not to have hurt others. My issue is that I realize we attract things in our life. What would anyone ever want to attract a traffic accident for ? This is a learning tool for me and I said thank you for it but I really do not get why I would attract this kind of challenge. Head turning to left while in Alphs level
